FAQs

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return or exchange a non personalised or non customised item then please contact me within 14 days or receiving the order. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds or exchanges for items outside of the 14 day period. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange personalised/customised items unless it is damaged or faulty.

To request a return, please email karina@betweentwoworlds.co.uk along with your order number. We politely as that you contact us first before sending your item back.

​

Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer unless the item is faulty.

​

If you'd like to cancel an order please let me know within 2 hours of purchase. Anytime after this i  may not be able to cancel because it will be in production.

​

Any refunds will be processed within 7 days and will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

What are the shipping options?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and take 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch, in addition to shipping times.

                 UK SHIPPING

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class in 3-4 working days.

You can upgrade to First Class at checkout which takes 1-2 Working Days.

                 EU SHIPPING

Orders from Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 3-5 Working Days.

         INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 7-9 Working Days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country and are out of my control.
